GERMANY: Billy the kid has been put behind bars on a diet of bread and water at a jail after holding up traffic. The young goat was caught by police in Bremen after he blocked traffic by standing in the middle of a road crossing. Several patrol cars were called in to help as the goat led police on a chase across town. Remarks on the arrest papers said he 'smells very bad'.
