Wildwood's award winning education team is opening its doors to teachers across Kent, to come and see what they do, at a free teachers weekend.
The weekend will run on Saturday and Sunday March 20-21 starting at 11am and finishing at 3pm with teachers booking on one of the days.
This is an opportunity for teachers across the range of key stages to experience what Wildwood has to offer to their classes, the day will include workshops like Super Sleuths, Let's Talk Wolf and Animal Homes, plus a guided tour covering such subjects as Woodland Ecology and Animal Adaptation.
"We have been trying to find a way to let teachers know what we can do" commented Anne Riddell, Head of Education at Wildwood "The teachers weekend seemed like the ideal opportunity, not only do they get a chance to experience what their pupils could enjoy, but they also get a free lunch!"
If you are a teacher who would like to come along then please e-mail laura@wildwoodtrust.org to book a place today, please express a preference for which day.
